Toward God: For worship to come to God from every nation
For People: to bring redemptive blessing to every people
Against Evil: to overcome evil, liberate His people and bring His kingdom’s reign
"Then the LORD said to Moses, “Rise up early in the morning and present yourself before Pharaoh and say to him, ‘Thus says the LORD, the God of the Hebrews, “Let my people go, that they may serve me." Exodus 9:13
In Exodus 9:13 we can see God using His purpose to advocate for people, “let my people go,” and toward God, “that they may serve Me.”
In Acts 26:17-18 we can see God using His purpose against evil, “turn from darkness to light and from the the power of Satan,” toward God, “to God,” and for people, “that they may receive forgiveness of sins...”
In 2 Corinthians 4:15 we can see God using His purpose for people, “grace extends to more and more people,” and toward God, “may increase thanksgiving, to the glory of God.”
In Psalm 67 we can see God using His purpose against evil, “You judge,” toward God, “let the people’s praise You,” and for people, “that your way may be known on earth, your saving power among all nations.”
In Psalm 110:1-3 we can see God using His purpose against evil, “rule in the midst of your enemies,” and toward God, “Your people will offer themselves freely on the day of your power.”

In Acts 26:17-18 we can see God using His purpose against evil, “turn from darkness to light and from the the power of Satan,” toward God, “to God,” and for people, “that they may receive forgiveness of sins...”
"For it is all for your sake, so that as grace extends to more and more people it may increase thanksgiving, to the glory of God." 2 Corinthians 4:15
"May God be gracious to us and bless us and make his face to shine upon us, Selah that your way may be known on earth, your saving power among all nations. Let the peoples praise you, O God; let all the peoples praise you! Let the nations be glad and sing for joy, for you judge the peoples with equity and guide the nations upon earth. Selah Let the peoples praise you, O God; let all the peoples praise you! The earth has yielded its increase; God, our God, shall bless us. God shall bless us; let all the ends of the earth fear him!" Psalm 67

In the future I will be discussing how God's mission purpose toward God, for people, and against evil applies to us today and how it is vitally important to understanding God's purpose for your life, for His people, and for the nations.
